A monthly online gathering that offers space and structure to slow down & turn inward, because leadership begins within.

Jill Poulton | Transformational Leadership Coach

As women, as leaders, we are constantly focused on others – their well-being, their performance, their schedules, their joy and their pain.

It’s easy to get swept up in the busyness of life, the grind of the day-to-day, or the loud shouting of "experts" that stop you from turning inward because they seem to know what you need.

When you slow down, when you get still, and you turn inward, you remind yourself that you have answers. You are fully resourced.  You remind yourself that you have access to inner authority and authentic desires.

You remind yourself that the true guru on your life and leadership is YOU.

The question that remains - HOW DO YOU TURN INWARD?

That’s where I come in.

I’m Jill Poulton, founder of Leadership Junto – a community of smart and soulful leaders and entrepreneurs who believe that life gets better in proportion to our personal growth.

Since 2011, I’ve helped hundreds of women reconnect to their truth, refocus their efforts, and step into their personal power so they can lead their life with meaning and impact.

These Junto Circles are my chance to offer the very best of our community in accessible, useful, and inspiring gatherings.

Each month we’ll explore a new theme through ceremony, written prompts, and time for discussion via group chat. There may be an offering of poetry or prose, guided meditation, or gentle movement. You can expect some laughter, the occasional tear, deep breathes, and an abundance of connection.

The spirit in which we gather encourages authenticity before perfection, self-accountability before blame, empathy before judgement, self-confidence before doubt. We stand for gender harmony and celebrate diversity. We value accessibility and inclusion. We are reclaiming our personal sovereignty so that we can be of greater service to others.

I’ll help you turn inward by…

  • Asking thought-provoking questions

  • Creating space and structure for slowing down

  • And reminding you that you are not alone

We are currently registering for the Belonging Circle on Wednesday, August 20.

What you can expect: A live 90 minute Circle exploring Belonging in your life, supported with a downloadable worksheet. The world has never been more connected, yet many feel lonelier than ever. The absence of belonging is the great silent wound of our time. Where and how do you cultivate belonging?

Who will be there? All are welcome. Junto is a community of leaders united by a desire to grow, add value to others, and to be of greater value. We take ownership of who we are and what we do. We are honest and humble. And we believe we are stronger together.

Where & when do we gather? Belonging Circle happens on August 20th at 7pm SK time online via the Zoom platform. You’ll be watching Jill via live stream for 60 minutes, followed by 30 minutes for questions and chat.

Why join me for this Circle? In Junto we value ourselves, believe we are enough, and rise into the fullness of who we have been created to be. That’s why we are gathering together—to unleash our collective wisdom, embody our authentic power, and embrace leadership in our lives.

How much? $20. Registration includes worksheets, and your reserved spot at our live virtual Junto Circle. You also get access to replay of the Circle (available for a year) if you're not able to join us live.

In Junto Circle you’ll practice stillness, so that you can tap into your inner guidance system to create alignment of your inner and outer worlds. In a society that values hustle and productivity, slowing down (through breath work, stillness, and guided journaling) is one of the most under-rated practices of self-leadership. It’s easy to get caught up in the endless “to do” lists and being on top of ALL the things, that you can forget you have access to serenity in any moment. Circle is your monthly reminder that calm and connection are one breath away.

Junto Circle offers a safe space to be vulnerable, to be a beginner, and to explore big topics that are not part of the usual day-to-day discussions. This is a place to connect with self and with others. To get real, be brave, and speak growth into your life.

The practice of turning inward helps develop self-trust as you learn to access your inner guidance system. You learn to discern what is true for you and what fits for you, your life, and your gifts. Turning inward allows you to process your thoughts, your feelings, and your beliefs from a place of trust and gratitude.

Does this sound like something you’re craving? If so, then say yes!
